Have the information of what has been paid by credit card listed when you go in to pay your credit card (so that you are able to match to the credit card - just like you do when you pay a vendor) and be allowed to go in and REVERSE or ADJUST a credit card payment - just like you can when you pay a vendor. Not being able to do this has caused more issues, then if we could go in and revers or adjust.
