Bank Feed transaction removal

Allow Bank feed transactions to be removed (Deleted) by user. Often enough their are scenarios where the user may want to delete a transaction that is downloaded through a Bank feed, where an entry might be duplicated.

    There shouldn't be any duplication. The system should tag downloaded transactions and not allow their duplication. Allowing users to delete transactions could affect the integrity of the system. Therefore the request should be enhanced controls so transactions are downloaded only once each.
